Derek Medina

Derek graduated from Eastern Washington University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and has been training for over 13 years.

Mandy Kablinger

Mandy has been an instructor at The Lab since 2015. She is SFG Level 1 Certified as of April 2016.
She is also a Ground Force Method Certified Professional. “This is an incredible way to look at movement, flexibility and mobility. It compliments Strength training wonderfully. I enjoy using the kettlebell in most workouts.

David Delong

David has been involved with sports and fitness his whole life, including team sports, martial arts, mountaineering, and weightlifting.

He is a Masters National Champion Weightlifter, USAW National Coach, and USAW Lead Instructor. He is passionate about coaching Weightlifting for sport and fitness. 

Danei Moon

Danei has been into sports, activities, gyms her whole life. She got into working out in her early 20’s and realized that her love for fitness and health was something she wanted to share. She finds working with people to meet their goals very rewarding.

Josh MacDonald

Josh is owner/operator at Precision Nutrition. He has over 8 years of experience in the health
and fitness industry.

One of Josh’s true passions is coaching and training people to reach their fitness goals. His fitness journey began in high school and carried through college where he studied Exercise Science and Kinesiology. He is a nationally certified in personal training as well as nutritional education.
