The Labs Strength Class is based around the Strongfirst Method of strength training. Our students will learn to safely and effectively reach high levels of strength by a combination of Hardstyle kettlebell, barbell and body weight movements. Programming is based around 6-12 week periods of time depending on focus.
The Labs Conditioning Class is a work capacity based full body circuit using variations of load, rest time and volume to improve our students ability to be active in life. Programming is based around Strength programming.
Ground Force Method
The Goal of Ground Force Method is to move better through the unique mixture of unloaded and loaded mobility exercises, with playful and beautiful movements that can reach the flow state, re-educating the central nervous system and filing up the brain with good information. By using the movements through mobility, injury prevention, torso coordination, plyos, resistance training, and metabolic conditioning we will be able to move better, move stronger, and move more, later on move faster. Moving is not enough, one must always move better.
